Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, we will resend the package with a corrected address at the customer's expense.

Handling

All of our decals are made to order. All orders are prepared and packed within generally 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Shipping

We are using International Airmail for our main shipping method. Flat-Rate international shipping is 2,11 Eur.

Free shipping on all orders available over 45 Eur.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 10-15 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-30 business days

International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. More about returns rules you can find here.
