If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any non-personalized item less the shipping charges. You may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days, less the shipping charges.
We do not issue refunds for unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us (email@example.com) to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
The following items can't be returned or exchanges. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
On the rare occasion the mail couriers do damage your order please email us a clear picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the decals and we'll have a replacement sent asap.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product to address on the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
